Winthrop Police Department Seeking Public’s Help Locating Missing Teen

WINTHROP — Chief Terence Delehanty reports that the Winthrop Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teen.

Jasmine Racca, Age 13, left her home on Jefferson Street in the middle of the night on Thursday, Sept. 17, and has not been seen since.

Racca is between 5 foot 3 and 5 foot 5 inches tall and weights approximately 165 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark hair.

The Winthrop Police Department strongly encourages anyone who believes they may know Racca’s whereabouts to call 911.
